“Black Is Black” – Los Bravos

This was a band from Spain that sang the song phonetically, not unlike ABBA. Everybody
thought it was Gene Pitney when it first came out. After September 11 the song Clear
Channel placed it on a blacklist for radio stations and streaming services that they owned,
I can’t imagine why. We’re gonna do it anyway. It made it to #4 on Billboard.
